“I care about where my clothes are made, except for when I’m buying them.”
We used to think like this, too. After producing our first clothes in Asia – under fair working conditions – we were stunned with the good quality. However, we decided that a modern clothing brand should be sustainable from its core and started our journey towards implementing this value into every step of creating a piece of clothing.
Since the beginning of 2020, most of our products are being made in the European Union. Shorter transport routes mean less pollution. Furthermore, the EU applies strict regulations in terms of working conditions or waste disposal and the level of transparency is very credible. Another important part is the choice of materials. We only go for the highest quality because that’s how a piece of clothing can accompany you as long as possible. We aim to use more and more sustainable and alternative fabrics, like we did with our CDXX cap made from 100% european hemp. Additionally, we put a lot of effort into making our packaging more sustainable and are very proud to disclose that the only plastic wrapping we use is 100% marine degradable and compostable, leaving no trace on this planet after fulfilling its purpose.
All this means many hours of research, countless emails and calls, samplings, setbacks and starting all over again. But once you hold the final product in your hands, you know that it was well worth it. We want to invite you on our journey towards a sustainable streetwear brand, with a unique drip. Actually, it’s you, who will make it happen.
